Shipping policies
Security policy
ElSordo Ediciones website is developed by WordPress and built with WooCommerce, a professional e-commerce shopping cart software that provides a safe and secure environment. In order to provide the best security, we use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for all orders placed. This encryption allows an high level security for your transactions. Transmission of your card details and personal details are fully secure.
Payment
The Buyer will receive the information of his order and the detail of the amount that must be paid prior to the acceptance. The Purchaser must show his agreement with the price, the product and the delivery conditions to validate his purchase. Before proceeding with the payment, the Buyer may choose the payment method among those available on the web.
Payment methods
Safe Options offer the facility of paying with PayPal. PayPal is a leader in secure online payments and allows you to check out quickly. However, please do ensure that the invoice and delivery address have been registered and confirmed in your PayPal account otherwise the order may not be accepted or at minimum delayed in processing.
ElSordo Ediciones does not store Credit / Debit card numbers, CVV / Security Code, Pin for 3D Secure, Expiry date on any of its servers and only collects in a session while making a transaction. All your transactions online are protected & secured by SSL (secure socket layer) technology.
Price
The price of the products offered by ElSordo Ediciones includes the value added tax (VAT) and is indicated in Euros. Promotional offers are valid on the dates indicated on the website and depending on the available stocks. ElSordo Ediciones informs the Buyer of the total amount that must be paid for his order prior to the confirmation of the purchase, providing the breakdown of the price of the products purchased, the amount of taxes and the cost of shipping to know the detail of your purchase before the confirmation of your order.
Registry
The buyer must enter their identification data and the address or postal address of the place where ElSordo Ediciones must deliver the products purchased.
Product shipping cost
ElSordo Ediciones informs the Buyer prior to the confirmation of the purchase and sale of the cost of shipping the purchased products. The shipping cost information is provided in an automated way on the web.
Intellectual property rights
The purchase of work does not imply any type of authorization or license for the use of the elements and contents protected by the intellectual property of ElSordo Ediciones and its authors, being strictly prohibited the copying, distribution, public communication, modification or any other use of the same for their commercial exploitation, personal or media profit not authorized or negotiated.

Certificates of Authenticity
All graphic works and originals will be shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity. This document certifies the authenticity of the artwork or its limited edition, fully and accurately describe the work of art and guarantees the exactitude of the mentions and descriptions.
Packaging
All artist books will be sent in a secure envelope wrapped in a protective corrugated cardboard.
All graphic works / prints will be shipped wrapped in polypropylene protective plastic with a corrugated cardboard as a base, and bubble wrap.
All original art will be shipped wrapped in polypropylene protective plastic with a heavy cardboard as a base on both sides, and wrapped in kraft paper. The original works in canvas with frame or in another kind of supports will be sent with other safe methods for their protection for the shipment. All the original and prints are sold unframed, except those that are clearly indicated as framed.
Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped first class international certified mail.
Before placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Buyers will be responsible in case of listing an incorrect address.
All orders will be shipped from Madrid (Spain) within 1-3 working days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email when it ships with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on when you will receive it.
All orders be shipped and should arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch date to Spain, and 6-10 working days to European Union country (EU).
International Shipping (non-European Union country)
Please allow 15-25 days from order date for international orders outside of European Union country.
International orders will be tracked until they exit the Europe border. Once exported, we assume no liability for lost or damaged items, and can no longer track your package. If your local post office is prone to losing items, please contact me to arrange a different courier before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Undelivered/ Lost Packages:
If a package has not arrived 7 weeks after the shipment date I will be happy to replace your order at my cost. I always have proof of shipment (Postal Receipt and Delivery Confirmation). Please make sure your package can be delivered safely. If you cannot be sure of that, please request Signature Confirmation: Also check if the item is not waiting to be cleared through customs.

Refund Policy
It is my priority to make sure buyers will be 100% happy with their purchase. If there is something wrong, please contact me as quickly as possible so I can do my best to fix the issue.
Returns
If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me within 2 days of receipt for exchange only.
Please ship back at your cost, in the original condition and I will be happy to send you a new print to replace the other one at equal value or credit for a later time. No refunds.
Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receipt. Please, be ready to provide photo evidence of this damage. I use to make pictures of the packaging to provide photo evidence of good conditions before the shipping.
